Project overview

Easy Payments is a company offering payment terminals and solutions for businesses. Despite their strong brand name, their previous website didn’t live up to the idea of being easy. The buying flow was confusing, users didn’t feel guided toward purchase, and the overall tone felt too formal for a brand that wanted to be fun, relaxed, and human.

The goal was to redesign their entire web experience — from research and structure to high-fidelity prototype — creating a user journey that truly feels “Easy” in every sense of the word.

Project goals

UX process

Research

I gathered insights from customer interviews and analyzed competitors to understand key pain points. The goal was to identify what made payments feel “not easy”.

Wireframes

I created low-fidelity wireframes that focused on clarity, simplicity, and user flow. Every element had a clear purpose, ensuring users could easily navigate from product discovery to checkout.

High-Fidelity Design

The final design brought personality to the brand — friendly, fun, and intuitive. I refined colors, shapes, and layouts to make the experience modern and joyful while keeping usability at the core.

Development Guidelines

I documented every design element and interaction for seamless developer handoff. The developer described it as “the most complete and clear design guideline” they had ever received.

Design solution

The new design embodied simplicity and delight.
